"I scheduled them to do work on my parent's home. They explained the process & why things need to be done... For example, they remove the paper under the shingles to ensure the wood isn't rotten before replacement. This assured me that they are experts in the field.

Luckily, we didn't have any issues that needed to be dealt with, & there quote was on par.
